SideIQ replaces the stack currently used by SMEs: CRM, email, telephony, scheduling, quotes, invoices, documents and AI, all in a single platform. Customers save on tools, free up time and end up with more profit at the end of the day.
We handle the product, the infrastructure, support and ongoing development. You bring it to your network and assist with the initial implementation. For every customer you sign up, you receive 30% of their monthly payment, for as long as they remain a customer.
No affiliate programme, no reseller deal, no referral bonus. Something far more fundamental: an invitation to become a co-owner of customer value, for as long as that value exists.
Most business software is built around separate functions. A CRM for contacts, an email tool, a system for quotes, another system for invoices, a work planner, and on top of that some standalone AI. On paper, it looks powerful. In practice, it’s a jumble, where data is scattered everywhere, context is lost between systems, and the work itself isn’t really visible anywhere.
Businesses don’t work with isolated records. They work in flows. A message becomes a lead. A lead becomes a conversation. A conversation becomes an opportunity. An opportunity becomes a quote, an agreement, an order, an invoice. Yet most systems are built as if these steps have nothing to do with one another.
SideIQ came about when Redframe, a Dutch software development company, and Hygienic, the company behind Bureau voor Dierplagen, both encountered the same problem. A software company that had tried every existing tool, and a pest control firm that saw its work spread across Pestscan, Teamleader and Snelstart. Neither could solve it alone. Together, they could.
This gave rise to the question that defines SideIQ: what if software were built not around functions, but around the way work actually flows through a business? Not an all-in-one tool that is mediocre at everything, but a platform where communication, clients, documents, planning and payments are connected in a single continuous narrative. Adaptable to each sector via Collections and Blueprints. AI that understands the context of the work, not just the individual messages.
This programme exists because we cannot go it alone, and because we do not want to. SideIQ has been built from the outset in collaboration with people who know their work and their industry inside out. For the next phase, we need partners who bring the same approach to the table. Who see where companies in their industry are really struggling, and who want to help SideIQ fit in there. In return, we share, fairly and for life, in the value you bring.

No cap, no phase-out, no expiry date. As long as the customer pays, you keep earning. A customer who stays for 5 years brings you 5 times the annual fee — without you having to do anything extra.

No lock-in, no exclusivity
Can be canceled monthly by both parties. You may continue to sell or advise other tools. What you have built up will continue as long as your customers are active.

Founding partners get co-selling: we join your first 5 demos, configure your first customer with you, and have weekly check-ins for the first 90 days.

No pipe dreams. No “earn up to €100K” claims. Concrete figures per band, with a realistic calculation for year 1.
Solo and Team are now going live as our core plans. Business and Scale will follow later. For your clients and for you. As your clients grow, they’ll upgrade, and your recurring revenue will grow with them.
Marketing freelancer, bringing in 1 client per month, a mix of solo and team work. After 12 months: 12 active clients, recurring income ~€480/month, annual revenue ~€2,880. Alongside existing practice.

For a single client, you’ll spend around 5–10 hours spread over two to three weeks on recruitment and initial implementation. After that, 30 minutes a month for client relationship management. No mandatory hours, no targets — just a minimum commitment to remain an active partner.
Monthly, within 14 days of the client’s payment to SideIQ. You invoice us as a self-employed person or organisation. The partner portal shows in real time what is due.
Terminable monthly by either party. What you’ve built up continues — recurring revenue keeps coming in from clients you’ve brought in as long as they’re active.
Yes. We don’t require exclusivity. Many partners sell multiple platforms alongside each other. The only question is: does SideIQ fit your approach, and do you have a network that would be interested?
You register a lead via the partner portal. From that moment, it is assigned to you for 60 days — no one else can claim it. Upon conversion, you are the credit holder for the entire lifetime of that customer.
We operate under a fair-deal rule: if a lead is already active in our pipeline (contact within the last 30 days), you cannot claim it. However, we do try to collaborate where possible — if you have the relationship and we have the contact, we’ll do co-selling.
Affiliate programmes often pay a one-off commission or capped fee. SideIQ pays 30% recurring lifetime — no cap, no reduction. What’s more, we’re relationship-focused: weekly check-ins in the first 90 days, not just a tracking link and ‘good luck with that’.
It’s possible, but the Independent path suits you best if you’re working alongside your main job. Be realistic: being a founding partner requires your attention in the first 90 days. If you don’t have the time right now, this might not be the right moment.
Realistically: on average 6–8 weeks from signing. The first month is spent on onboarding and initial meetings. Client signed in month 2, live in month 3, first recurring commission in months 3–4.
Your clients remain your clients. Upgrades to higher tiers, extra users, later additions — everything runs through your account. Even if the upgrade is activated by SideIQ at the client’s request. Lifetime is lifetime.
